A1: We offer a wide range of services including special effects makeup, prop fabrication, haunted house and parade design, as well as bridal and beauty makeup. We also create handcrafted horror and gothic collectibles, available for purchase or custom commission.
Q2: Do you do bridal makeup?
A2: Yes! We love working with brides. Our bridal makeup packages are designed to highlight your natural beauty, with a flawless look that lasts all day and photographs beautifully.
Pricing & Policies
Q3: How much does bridal makeup cost?
A3: Pricing depends on the package and details of your event. We’d love to learn more about your wedding plans so we can provide the best options. Would you like me to help you schedule a consultation?
Q4: Do you require a deposit?
A4: Yes, we ask for a non-refundable deposit (usually 10–20%) to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by your event date or upon delivery for custom props and products.

Q5: Where are you located?
A5: We’re based in New Orleans and proudly serve the city and surrounding areas, including Slidell. For shipping and virtual consultations, we can serve clients anywhere in the world.
Q6: Can you ship products internationally?
A6: Absolutely! Our handcrafted props and collectibles can be shipped across the U.S. and internationally. Shipping rates and times vary by location, and we’ll always make sure your order arrives safely.

Q8: How far in advance should I schedule bridal makeup?
A8: We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure your date is available, especially during busy wedding seasons. But if your event is sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate!
